How to connect the databricks to your UI?

After doing the tutorial on Databrick's documentation, how to connect it in a custom UI or deploy it somewhere so that I can use it?
This isn't a question about Dolly, really, but, you can turn any LLM into a REST endpoint on Databricks and then you just call that REST API from wherever you want
