Hi,
firstly thanks for your great work!
I have a question regarding the example input files ([https://huggingface.co/datasets/ctheodoris/Genecorpus-30M/tree/main/example_input_files).
In the model card it says: "Example input files for a few of the downstream tasks demonstrated in the manuscript are located within the example_input_files directory."
Which downstream tasks of the paper can be reproduced with these files?

Thanks for your question! The folder names indicate which tasks the files refer to. If there is a task you are looking for that isn’t there just let us know.
