Which llama is samantha based on?

Is this Samantha model based on Llama 1 or Llama 2?
I've trained Samantha on both. This repo is for llama 1. There is no llama-2 33b. Though there is a CodeLlama-34b and in fact I did train a Samantha on that one as well
By looking at the benchmark, there is a substantial difference between this 33b and the c34b. Do you feel this model is better than the c34b counterpart? I was thinking to using for a RAG application.
Is there any more information on the license (being based on Llama...)? Thanks!
The license is just Llama's license
