is there a list of commands that Bloomz can perform like summarize or paraphrase?
There isn't. With the right prompt it might work with any command that a human could do via text.
The right prompt is sometimes hard to find though 😁
For example from the huggingface "Natural Language Processing" tasks here: https://huggingface.co/tasks , it should be able to do all of them (Translation, Summarization etc.) and many more not listed (Sentiment analysis, Storywriting, etc.).
