Add correct link to Meg-DS checkpoints + optimizer states
The previous links contains only optimizer states whereas the new repo contains Meg-DS checkpoints + optimizer states

Doesn't https://huggingface.co/bigscience/bloom-optimizer-states already contain the full weights?

Why can't we see all files in the repo - wasn't there a feature request to support more than 50 items really long time ago?
I didn't dare to try to clone 2.3TB just to check what's in the repo.
Feels resolved, please re-open if needed.
