Compatibility LM Studio 0.2.20

I read the comment: "LM Studio 0.2.20 seems to work on Mac, but not on Windows, test and verify for yourself to see if this is the right version to use"

What is the issue on Windows? Is it only one person making that claim? I'm running it on Windows just fine.

@QuamtumX a few people (myself included) can't get it to stop generation on Windows with CUDA

ROCm seems to work weirdly

What hardware are you on?
