Bot Stuck On "Is Typing", CMD Error Code Included

I was able to get to the UI, I went to the character tab & filled in my name, the bots name as assistant, left the context as default, and selected character none. I haven't made any changes to the files & when I clicked 'generate' to begin chatting with the bot, it got stuck on 'is typing' and I got thrown the following error in CMD:
