Running from huggingface gets 403 Error.

Hello,
The model gets 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://storage.googleapis.com/sgnlp/models/reccon_span_extraction/config.json
Do you know how to solve the issue? Are the config and model files available for public use? If available, how to access it?

My apologies for the error. We are in the midst of migrating the configs and weights to a public bucket.
Could you kindly try replacing the URL with the following? (replace sgnlp with sgnlp-models in the URL)
https://storage.googleapis.com/sgnlp-models/models/reccon_span_extraction/config.json
