At least I see on the model page of Huggingface that there is only one way. Can't fine-tuning be done locally through some code sample related to fine-tuning?
Sagemaker is very unfriendly to Chinese developers, and registering an AWS account requires filling in a foreign address and credit card
You can fine-tune this model freely without the Sagemaker account.
