I encountered an error while attempting to download from "VietnamAIHub/LLaMA2_Vietnamese_Medical_SFT_13B". The specific error message is as follows:
"OSError: conceptofmind/LLongMA-2-13b is not a local folder and is not a valid model identifier listed on 'https://huggingface.co/models'."
