Can Tinyllama 1.1B Chat v0.6 be trained on a local machine? what are the instructions to be given?

I'm using Jan and Tinyllama 1.1B runs fine on the old linux machine with 3.2GB RAM.

Question is Can Tinyllama 1.1B Chat v0.6 be trained on a local machine? what are the instructions to be given? if pdf documents are uploaded, will the size of locally hosted model increase?
