The base model is bigscience/bloom-1b1. It was finetuned using RLHF and the dataset and the model prompt is similar to the original model. This repo contains the merged fp16 model.

This model does not have enough activity to be deployed to Inference API (serverless) yet.
Increase its social visibility and check back later, or deploy to Inference Endpoints (dedicated)
instead.
