weird download issue webgui - just this file

webgui for some reason - and so far only ever with this file - insists on placing this in a weird folder like so TheBloke_tora-code-34b-v1.0-GGUF
it does not do this with other GGUF single file downloads

and just does nothing. I'm simply making a note of it here in case others find this weirdness and wonder if it is just their machine.
