Not really, the original pretraining data of mistral-7b also isn't available.
Right you are. But withought Apache-2.0 licence it is whole other story now.

I guess it should be more clearly stated on the model card and not just in the metadata.
My, bad, you are right again. :) It happens over and over here and sometimes I think if it is good practice to name model the same as oryginal model. Like that this name was used by somebody already and you can make false impression you are creator of oryginal model. Mayby it is ok and I am somewhat touchy.
