Repetitive, boring and useless

It doesn't listen to my prompts, repeats itself when I clarify things and constantly gives a gayass lecture at the end of its response EVERY SINGLE TIME for sensitive topics, despite me using the same system prompt as another llama3 model where I specifically tell it not to do that shit.
I downloaded this to take advantage of the 256K context size but all these shortcomings made that useless. I tried feeding it a short story but as you can guess, it went nowhere.
