stable-diffusion-2-1-int8-ov

Description

This is stable-diffusion-2-1 model converted to the OpenVINO™ IR (Intermediate Representation) format with weights compressed to INT8 by NNCF.

For more information on quantization, check the OpenVINO model optimization guide.

Running Model Inference

  1. Install packages required for using Optimum Intel integration with the OpenVINO backend:
pip install optimum[openvino]
  1. Run model inference:
from optimum.intel.openvino import OVStableDiffusionPipeline

model_id = "OpenVINO/stable-diffusion-2-1-int8-ov"
pipe = OVStableDiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained(model_id, compile=False)
pipe.reshape(batch_size=1, height=512, width=512, num_images_per_prompt=1)
pipe.compile()

prompt = "sailing ship in storm by Rembrandt"
output = pipe(prompt, num_inference_steps=50, output_type="pil")
output.images[0].save("result.png")

For more examples and possible optimizations, refer to the OpenVINO Large Language Model Inference Guide.
