Proper Prompt Format?

From memory, WizardLM expects a "USER:{}\nASSISTANT:" format, SuperCOT expects Alpaca "### Instructions\n{}\n\n### Response:" format and I have no idea about StoryTelling (assuming that's just a general dataset for text completion).
As this seems to be a combination of things, what is the expected prompt format for the model?

the note for storytelling is this :- designed to supplement existing story data.- There will likely be some bleedthrough on locations and names, this is especially notable if you use with very little context.- There isn't any large notable formatting, ### seperated stories in the dataset, and *** seperated chapters.
