This PR improves the model card by:

Correcting the pipeline_tag to text-generation, which accurately reflects the model's text generation capabilities.
Adding the library_name as transformers, indicating compatibility with the Hugging Face Transformers library.
Updating the news section with the latest information from the GitHub repository.
