Is there steps or instructions on how to install this particular model, if not overwrite the existing Kobold ai with this model
It should be in the load model menu, if you are talking about Koboldcpp you'd need a GGML/GGUF version of this model which from the looks of it nobody made since there is little care for the model but I could produce if you really want to.
Tiefighter is considered the replacement for this model.
