Thanks for the heads up, I removed the prompt to download sd-v1-4-full-ema.ckpt from the model card. Right now we don't have that version available; if it gets available it will be added here

It looks like sd-v1-4-full-ema.ckpt was uploaded recently and can now be found at https://huggingface.co/CompVis/stable-diffusion-v-1-4-original/blob/main/sd-v1-4-full-ema.ckpt

Yes, the full version is now up here as well!
