add license, so can be added to leaderboard benchmark?
since the main model was deleted before it could tested / added to the leaderboard
and I don't know if/when they will restore the model back again

Looks good, 2nd thing (sorry), i think it is the last major requirement, they require the model card description to have a certain length (to reduce spam / non-documented models)
