Bitnet Large is 700M parameter?

I have checked both the Bitnet Large and Bitnet 3B models you uploaded.

Is it correct that the safe tensor file for Bitnet Large is 3GB (700M-FP32?) and the safe tensor file for Bitnet 3B is 12GB (3B-FP32)?
