what is the use of svd_xt_image_decoder when we can get animation just with svd_xt checkpoint

title says it all i'm using ComfyUI
I think (big emphasis on ‘think’) it’s to help smooth out the interpolation of frames, but I’m unsure how to implement it within ComfyUI with all of the JSONs I’ve looked at.
image_decoder uses default SDXL decoder rather than a temporal one introduced in the paper.
