Low performance compared to v1.4

Hello everyone, first of all thanks stabilityai for the excelent work.
I'm using diffusers 0.9, and my generation speed went from 16.5 it/s to 10.9 it/s, using an RTX 3090 at 512x512, when compared to SD1.4/1.5.
Xformers is instaled and enabled (enable_xformers_memory_efficient_attention), which seems to the default now.
Anyone else noticed a drastic slowdown?

I have 4.95s/it on v2.0
2.63s/it on v1.5
so almost double.
(and that's on CPU, I will have a 3060 delivered within a week)
Did not try 1.4
