how to authorize?

working off this https://sygil-dev.github.io/sygil-webui/docs/Installation/windows-installation/
im trying to follow the step "After you have signed up, and are signed in go to this link and click on Authorize: https://huggingface.co/CompVis/stable-diffusion-v-1-4-original" but i dont see any authorizing or authenticating button or text link so far. any advice on how to complete this step? also my miniconda3 window keeps closing as well so I need to figure that out soon. all help is appreciated
