I can only find the chatbot arena here. However, the app is called "japanese-chatbot-arena-leaderboard"...

Thank you for using the Japanese Chatbot Arena.
This Chatbot Arena was launched considering that it is difficult to accurately assess the Japanese language capabilities of LLM in the original Chatbot Arena. It is specifically designed for native Japanese speakers.
The specification that the leaderboard is displayed only when responses are submitted has been described in Japanese.
Furthermore, it aims to collect more responses even with fewer participants than the original arena.
