There are two ways of doing it.

1. You need to be an expert in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning and NLP-related fields. You should also have experience with the following libraries: Tensorflow, PyTorch or any other such machine learning library that is used by these companies (like Google, Facebook etc.). To apply for this position you’ll probably need a PhD degree in one of those fields.

One way of getting into HuggingFace is through an open source project they use - TFGlow website.
Another way of getting into them is as a contributor. We can do that by writing our own codebase on GitHub under an Apache license which we could later transfer to their company.
2. They also accept interns. If you are a student in an university or college you may want to contact your professors who teach related subjects. It might be possible to arrange an internship with them based on your skills.
