Please help with prompt to rotate the "camera" angle on the photo

i've tried several different prompt variations but none of them lead to anything similar to moving the camera position on the photo - i wonder is that some sort of model limitation, or i was bad in my attempt to find a right prompt for that?
also, i wonder if there is a way to instruct it to generate a "next" frame of cinema/animation stillframe
