Encountering File Size Limit Issue During Transcription Upload
Hello everyone,
I have stumbled upon an issue and am seeking your advice. Whenever I attempt to perform a transcription upload, the system displays an error message: 'File size exceeds file size limit. Got file of size 1xxxMB for a limit of 1000MB.' However, the actual size of my file is around 100MB. I have encountered this issue both through API and web portal uploads.
Is there a bug affecting the file size recognition?
For further context, the original file is a .mp4 format with a size of approximately 1.5GB. I utilized ffmpeg to extract the .aac audio separately, which reduced the file size to around 100MB. Upon attempting to upload this extracted audio file is when I encountered the aforementioned error.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or have suggestions on how to resolve this? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
