Looks like this commit removed app.py, and now there's no app running.

Sorry all and thanks for your patience. Hopefully in a couple of hours the app should be more stable - in the meantime, you can try running Whisper JAX directly on a TPU yourself through this Kaggle Notebook: https://www.kaggle.com/code/sgandhi99/whisper-jax-tpu

Everyone gets 20 hours free TPU v3-8 time with Kaggle per week - that's enough to transcribe over 1k hours of audio data per week!
