i tried several different subjects
1024^2 jpg
let it sit for 60s +
and still nothing

i changed browser
it started working
it must have been some extension conflict

the results are not too great thou

cool! @froilo , in general you can get better results with the non quantized version.
Since the quantized version is smaller but there is a quality tradeoff
