Is this model can be multilangual?

I wonder this model can tain with multilangual dataset ๐
so I use 3 models :
- whisper, i think so, but maybe not , we can use seamless
- openai , yes
- Bert-Legal , for sure not, but you can translate it using seamless https://huggingface.co/spaces/facebook/seamless_m4t , but after the translation the legal concepts will be for anglo-saxon systems + jurisprudence. I believe this impact will be minor on the outcome quality
