feat: add repo to collection by input

- Add text input for repo ids (including both pseudolab's and external).
- Check if a contributor to the repo is in the pseudolab org.
- Snapshot the likes for this repo in a new pickle file for a fair review.
- Use the checked input to add it to the collection with admin privilleges.
Website related
- Update content to reflect the advantages and disadvantages of creating/duplicating personal spaces to PseudoLab (mainly HF credit support and visibility)
- Update submission process in the hf_hub page to reflect this as well
