Hello!
I’m a Bachelor’s student in Computer Science working on a project to help the Punjab Digital Library (PDL) leverage AI for their incredible work in preserving cultural heritage. Using Gradio as our frontend, we’re building an open-source AI pipeline that helps streamlines how PDL manages and digitizes their cultural artifacts.
Right now, we're hitting a bottleneck with CPU taking a lot of time for LLMs and not able to provide better OCR, which is crucial for reading and cataloging ancient texts.
I’m reaching out to ask for access to GPU resources to give this project the boost it needs. With it, we can make this tool faster and more efficient, allowing PDL to test, use, and even suggest improvements.
