Hi, I work for the International Telecommunication Union (the United Nations Specialized Agency for ICT). We want to use this transcription engine.
As you can see the name of the org includes Telecommunication (i.e. not telecommunicationS). This is often wrongly transcribed, because telecommunications is a much more common word in the English language.
Is there a way to add common vocabulary and proper nouns to the model?
