@derek-thomas , how could I test it? I have updated the code to 3.13.0.

You can test it locally. Just :

1. git clone
2. pip install -r requirements.txt
3. python app.py

I added this app to the release list: https://github.com/open-spaced-repetition/fsrs4anki/releases/tag/v3.13.0
