[Feature Request] Indicate the version of the optimizer that this app is consistent with.

It will reduce the confusion if someone finds the latest version of the optimizer jupyter notebook is inconsistent with this app.

The current version of FSRS4Anki optimizer jupyter notebook is 3.13.0.
