Why did you publish not working code? And how can I fix it?

I was barely able to train manually fixing a lot of errors.

And also why did you kill the ability to install apt packages in Docker? I can't even install nano to be able to edit code. When i do apt update, i'm getting this errors:

Why the hell??? In my own Docker images everything works fine. In your – everything is broken.
