Running on CPU Upgrade

I have add the code for the categories of the verified request.

Not sure that the best way to do it and I have not integrate with the checkbox. Just add a new column in the data frame.

Also, I am not sure that the best way for the lemmatization. It's have download from nltk. Not sure how that behave when hosting on hugging face.

Like I said, not sure that the best thing. So you can take thing from this if you think that make sense for the project.
