Hi, when I try to upload some url that was working previously（https://www.oracle-dba-online.com/sql/weekly_sales_table.png）, it threw me error:

400 Client Error: Bad Request for url: https://vigehazar.cognitiveservices.azure.com/formrecognizer/documentModels/prebuilt-read:analyze?api-version=2022-08-31
Also, when I upload some images, the image doesn't show up in chat as expected.
Could you please suggest? Thanks!
