Unable to start the quiz - refused to connect error

Hi, I have finished reviewing the documents in Unit 1. Now trying to take the quiz, but getting this error - mcp-course-unit-1-quiz.hf.space refused to connect. Same issue happens when I tried to click unit 3 quiz. Any idea how to address this?
