Basic info: what is/where are Google Developer & Google CSE key?

Took me quite a long time wandering around Google Cloud console to guess the answers, not sure I'm right yet.
Yea it's a little weird haha
The Google api key is just a basic api key from their dev console
Then you need a cse key (custom search engine key) which actually allows you to use Google as an api
