This is my answer after grokking stable diffusion architecture: No, there isn't. You need a way to condition the model with face and clothing. Normally people do this via LoRA Dreambooth or Textual Inversion but it is slow to train custom embeddings like that. If you want it to be fast, you need to modify the model to make it accept face and clothing conditioning.
