"Cartoon Video Generation" function not working

In chrome and safari it is not possible to toggle the "cartoon video generation" option.
Yeah, same here, it wont let me check the box of Cartoon Video Generation. Not in chrome, not in firefox.

I tested it on Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera. the checkbox is uncheckable ;)
The checkbox is checkable! The checkmark is just white... You have to look very closely.
