It's not letting me do anything besides watching and looking at channels
It even says I don't have a channel...yet I swear I did one. I now am clicking on a channel and nothing happens

Sorry about that, I haven't finished the feature to easily create a dataset yet,
but I will work on it in the coming days
What you need to do to be able to create a channel is a bit complicated, which is why I suggest to wait for a few days until bugs are ironed out
(unless you find it acceptable to have some unstability and issue, having run some things manually etc.. in that case you can continue to attempt to create your channel by hand)
if you decide to not wait and create your channel now, you need to make your dataset public, but currently there is no public dataset on your account (see the screenshot):
