Where do the prompts come from?

Are the prompts randomly generated or pulled from a pool of curated prompts? Will other people see the same puzzles as me? In the same order or different?
The set is a pool of curated very short prompts, indeed. We need short prompts (under 20 characters) for the game to be enjoyable in any screen! There are a total of 100 different prompts, and others will also see the same, but the order will vary. Have fun!
