Hi, sorry for delay.
I use Vivaldi, a chromium based browser.
I'm glad I saw your comment - it spurred me to try it in Chrome, where Wordalle and backspace worked properly. I googled Vivaldi backspace, looked at https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/5654/backspace-button-takes-me-back-to-the-previous-page, and have disabled the backspace key going to the previous page, and now Wordalle works right in Vivaldi, and also I won't accidently go back on other pages. Thanks.
