Deterioration of image quality #18

by sarefo - opened

I experienced that inpainting tends to change the surrounding pixels too (sometimes), leading in the general deterioration of the vicinity over time. Is there anything that can be done do prevent this?

Cover it all up and start anew, that's the only way we've found

its because of all of the dumb lsd and acid prompts boomers and zoomers are doing

This is caused by JPEG compression applied to the unmasked part of the image on each generation and also by network appropriation of compressed image style. This wouldn't be an issue if app was using image file type with losless compression like PNG.

@Dokurai is absolute right, I choose the jpg to save bandwidth and make the app load faster, since the client has to load many images to render the current state. Maybe I'll try to switch to WebP
