Chat messages got deleted

I start a chat that can take several days. After a longer break for a few hours a lot of chat messages get deleted. Why can HuggingFace just save these messages like all other AI tools? Why my messages get delete?

Are you sure it didn't just branch? Do you see a 1/2 or 1/3 text below the message?
