Suggestion of new accessibility features for Hugging Chat

Hey there guys.
I'd like to suggest some accessibility features for HC so that it becomes easier to use with screen readers.
-1: tts mode:
I have probably suggested this one too many times, but I am resuggesting it due to the fact that the staff haven't replied to the comments in question. This tts mode is like Pi.ai's, where it speaks the message automatically when enabled. This eliminates the need to escape out of the chat box, up arrow multiple times, read the message, then go back to the chat box to write.
-2: a landmark for each message:
Right now, the messages are nothing special. There is nothing separating them. So my suggestion is to put an element before every message of the bot. This can be a graphic element containing the bot's avatar. That's usually what's in other platforms. So we can navigate by graphics and every graphic we fine corresponds to the bot's message, which makes it much much easier to navigate messages.
Thanks and would love to find these features soon!

tts mode: we may do it one day (when the techno is good enough)
a landmark for each message: not sure I get this one
